该文从焙烧启动的流程、所用物料、工器具、电解槽检查、铺焦挂极、装炉、通电焙烧、启动、启动后期管理及数据测量等方面论述了酒钢集团甘肃东兴铝业有限公司500k A电解槽焙烧启动技术。
This paper discussed 500 k A aluminum cell baking and start-up technology about Gansu Dongxin Aluminium Co., Ltd. of JISCO through baking and start-up process description, materials, equipments, inspection of electrolytic cell, laying coke grains and hanging anode carbon blocks, power on and baking, the later stage management of start-up, data measurement and so on.
