600 kA铝电解槽规整炉膛的建立工艺

摘要 基于规整炉膛是铝电解槽平稳、高效生产的保证,某公司通过优化600 k A电解槽阳极钢爪、阴极钢棒、槽壳结构、内衬材料等,实现了热平衡耦合控制;通过对非正常期的电解槽温度、电压、分子比、电解质水平、铝水平、效应等技术条件进行管理,为建立规整炉膛创造了条件;通过正交试验,确定了正常生产期间电解质成分的最佳配比(氟化锂1.0%、氟化钙4.5%、氟化铝8.0%、氟化镁1.5%),使过热度处于10~15℃的理想范围,进而达到了稳定炉膛的目的。 Since the clear and neat furnace was the guarantee of stable and efficient operation of aluminum reduction cell,the coupling control of thermal balance was realized by optimizing anode steel claw,cathode steel bar,cell shell structure and lining material of 600 kA reduction cell in a company;through the management of technical conditions such as cell temperature,voltage,molecular ratio,electrolyte level,aluminum level and effect during the abnormal period,the conditions for the establishment of clear and neat furnace were created;through the orthogonal test,the optimum proportion of electrolyte composition(Li F1.0%,CaF24.5%,Al F38.0%,MgF21.5%)was determined during the normal period,which made the superheat be in the ideal range of 10~15℃,achieving the purpose of stabilizing the furnace.
