摘要 对天然气金属管道的损伤检测,实现对管道运行状态的实时监测,保障天然气管道的安全稳定运行。提出一种基于超声回波探测的天然气金属管道无损检测技术。分析了天然气金属管道的超声场特性分析和破损检测原理,构建黏性流体介质中的运动方程,根据压缩区和膨胀区之间超声回波的透射波与入射波声强之比差异性特征,进行超声波回波探测的检测方法改进,实现对管道的损伤检测和定位。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行金属管道损伤检测的准确性较高,系统稳定,性能优越。 The damage detection of natural gas pipeline is realized, and the real-time monitoring of pipeline operation state is realized, and the safe and stable operation of natural gas pipeline is guaranteed. A nondestructive testing technique of natural gas pipeline based on ultrasonic echo detection is proposed. The ultrasonic field characteristic analysis and damage detection principle of natural gas pipeline are analyzed, and the motion equation of the viscous fluid is constructed. According to the difference between the ultrasonic echo and the incident wave, the ultrasonic echo detection method is improved. The simulation results show that the method has higher accuracy, stability, and better performance of metal pipeline damage detection.
