On-Line Detection of Bearing Defects Based on Wavelet Analysis

摘要 用小波分析对轴承系统缺陷产生周期性非稳定性的信号进行了有效的处理。实验结果证明 ,小波分析能在整个频域范围提供时、频分布 ,不需预先估计某一频段。和微机一起运用 ,可以实现对机器运行时轴承产生缺陷的实时检测。 It is shown that the wavelet analysis is an effective method in detection of the periodic and unstable signals produced by bearing defects. It could be used in on line detection of bearing defects with the application of computers.
