纳米氧化硅浓缩浆改性铝/UV固化红外低发射率涂层的性能 被引量:3

Properties of Aluminum/UV Curing Infrared Low Emissivity Coating Modified by Nano Silica Concentrating Slurry

摘要 为改善UV固化涂层的性能,通过正交试验研究了纳米氧化硅浓缩浆、铝、紫外光固化时间对UV固化涂层光泽度及红外发射率的影响。结果表明:紫外光固化时间是影响涂层性能的关键因素,紫外光固化时间从30 s提高到360 s时,UV固化涂层的光泽度从11.1%缓慢下降到9.0%,L’值从78.6降低到75.0;当紫外光固化时间为180 s时,UV固化涂层具有最低的红外发射率为0.106;紫外光固化时间为30~360 s时涂层硬度为6 H;紫外光固化时间为30~120 s时涂层粗糙度比较高;紫外光固化时间大于300 s时涂层附着力为0级;当紫外光固化时间分别为300 s和360 s时,涂层的抗冲击性最好,为500 N/cm。当紫外光固化时间为180 s时,铝/UV固化涂层的整体性能最优。 The effects of nano silica concentrating slurry,aluminum and UV curing time on the glossiness and infrared emissivity of UV curing coatings were studied by orthogonal experiment.Results showed that UV curing time was the key factor affecting the coating performance.When the UV curing time increased from 30 s to 360 s,the glossiness of the UV curing coating decreased from 11.1%to 9.0%,and L’value reduced from 78.6 to 75.0.When the UV curing time was 180 s,the UV curing coating had the lowest infrared emissivity of 0.106.When the UV curing time was 30-360 s,the hardness of the coating was 6 H.The roughness of the coating was high at UV curing time of 30-120 s.Adhesion of the coating after UV curing for over 5 min was Grade 0.When the UV curing time was 300 s and 360 s,the impact resistance of the coating was the best of 500 N/cm.In general,when the UV curing time was 180 s,the overall performance of UV curing coating was the best.
