摘要
用Pluronic F127分别修饰石墨烯和氧化石墨烯,然后负载锌离子,获得Pluronic F127-石墨烯-锌离子复合物(F127-rGOZn)和Pluronic F127-氧化石墨烯-锌离子复合物(F127-GO-Zn),研究了水溶性和抗菌活性。结果表明:这2种复合物具有良好的水溶性,放置3个月不沉积;50 mg/L的复合物与大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌接触24 h的杀菌率均大于99%,显示优良的抗菌活性。
The graphene(rGO) and graphene oxide(GO) were modified with Pluronic F127,respectively,and then loaded with zinc ions.Pluronic F127-graphene-zinc ions complexes(F127-rGO-Zn) and Pluronic F127-graphene oxide-zinc ions complexes(F127-GO-Zn) were obtained,and the water solubility and antibacterial property of them were studied. Results showed that F127-rGO-Zn and F127-GO-Zn had very good solubility in water,and could remain stable without visible precipitate for more than 3 months. The antibacterial rate of F127-rGO-Zn and F127-GO-Zn all reached 99% when contacted with E. coli and S. aureus for 24 h while the concentration is 50 mg /L,which showed good antibacterial activity.
