摘要
综述了气体分离陶瓷膜的最新研究进展,介绍了陶瓷修饰膜、复合陶瓷膜及金属改性陶瓷膜的制备及气体分离性能。
The progress of research on ceramic membranes for gas separation was reviewed. The preparation and gas separation properties of modified ceramic membranes, composite ceramic membranes and ceramic membranes modified with metals were discribed.
