页岩气水平井压裂细分段密分簇优化设计及应用 被引量:5

摘要 页岩气水平井压裂分段分簇设计的簇间距大小对页岩储层改造效果有重要的影响,针对涪陵焦石坝部分区块页岩储层埋深大、三向应力高、构造变形强等特点,通过气藏数值模拟和压裂设计模拟,提出了"细分段密分簇+大孔径射孔"设计思路,对页岩气水平井进行细分段(34~47m)、密分簇(15~21m)。试验结果表明,"细分段密分簇"压裂设计能够有效增加压裂裂缝面积、压后平均缝宽以及缝网复杂度。综合考虑页岩气水平井地质以及工程特征,配合高黏胶液和中黏减阻水,形成了适用于焦石坝页岩储层"细分段密分簇"压裂优化设计方法,对指导页岩气水平井压裂优化设计具有重要的作用和意义。 The cluster spacing in fracturing subsection and clustering design of shale gas horizontal wells has an important influence on shale reservoir reconstruction.In consideration of the characteristics large depth,high three-dimensional pressure and strong tectonic deformation of the shale reservoir in part of the blocks of Fuling Jiaoshiba Area,the design idea of'fine segmentation and dense clustering+large aperture perforation'is put forward through gas reservoir numerical simulation and fracturing design simulation.The horizontal shale gas wells are subdivided for fine segmentation(34~47 m)and small space clustering(15~21 m).The test results show that the design of'fine segmentation+dense clustering'can effectively increase fracture area,average fracture width and complexity of fracture after fracturing,improve sand adding strength,ensure the volume of reconstruction and enhance the effect of fracturing transformation.By comprehensively considering the geological and engineering characteristics of shale gas horizontal wells,combined with high viscous fluid and medium viscous slickwater,an optimum design method of'fine segmentation+dense clustering'for Jiaoshiba Shale Reservoir is formed,which plays an important role and significance in guiding the optimum design of shale gas horizontal well fracturing.
