摘要
我国扶贫工作任务艰巨,光伏扶贫是在贫困地区开展精准脱贫的一个重要途径和有益尝试,普惠金融作为优化配置农村金融资源的服务体系,已在我国多地为光伏扶贫工程建设运营提供了有力支撑。为更有效开展扶贫工作,发展贫困地区经济,有必要深入分析光伏工程特征,了解光伏扶贫工程开展的现状,探讨农村普惠金融体系,服务光伏扶贫创新举措,研究其存在的问题并提出对策建议。
Poverty alleviation in China is an arduous task.Photovoltaic poverty alleviation is an important approach and beneficial attempt to carry out precise poverty alleviation in poor areas,as a service system for optimizing the allocation of rural financial resources,inclusive finance has provided strong support for the construction and operation of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects in many places in China.In order to carry out poverty alleviation work more effectively and develop the economy of poverty-stricken areas,it is necessary to deeply analyze the characteristics of photovoltaic projects,comprehend the current situation of photovoltaic poverty alleviation project,discuss the innovative measures of rural inclusive financial system service for photovoltaic poverty alleviation,and study on the existing problems and propose some countermeasures and suggestions.
