摘要
研究了半导体金属氧化物催化剂催化丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯的性能 ,发现 p-型半导体金属氧化物有低温催化性能 ,n-型半导体金属氧化物有高温催化性能 .H2 - TPR、O2 - TPD- MS和原位电导研究结果表明 ,p-型半导体金属氧化物的活性氧物种为非化学计量氧物种 。
In this paper, the catalytic activity of semiconductor metal oxides for propane oxidative dehydrogenation was investigated. It was found that p\|type semiconductor metal oxides showed low temperature catalytic properties and n\|type ones revealed high temperature catalytic behaviors. H\-2\|TPR, O\-2\|TPD\|MS and in situ electrical conductivity studies confirmed that the active oxygen species of p\|type semiconductor catalysts were nonstoichiometric oxygen species and the ones of n\|type catalysts were surface lattice oxygen.
