摘要
采用微波草酸盐共沉淀法制备了K、Ca、Mg铁酸盐催化剂,用BET、XRD、H2-TPR、电导测量等对催化剂进行表征,并研究其对丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯反应的催化性能.结果表明,Ca铁酸盐催化剂表现出较好的丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯催化性能,873 K时丙烷的转化率为23.95%,丙烯的选择性为17.29%,收率是Fe2O3的2倍.
A serious of ferrite catalysts M-Fe-O(M= K, Ca, Mg) were prepared by microwave oxalate co-precipitation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET, H2TPR and conductivity measurement. The catalytic capacity of the oxidative dehydrogenation of propane to propene was also investigated. The results show that Ca ferrite catalysts has a good propene formation,C3H8 conversion is 23.95% and C3H6 selectivity 17.29% under 873 K. Yield of C3H6 is twice on Ca ferrite catalysts as that of on Fe2O3 catalysts.
