摘要
回顾了电信呼叫中心发展的历程 ,比较详细地描述了新一代呼叫中心的系统组成、功能 ,介绍了目前呼叫中心在电信领域中的应用情况 ,并提出了一些有待改进的问题。
The progress of call center is reviewed,the new generation call center is described in detail including the component and function. The application of call center in telecommunication field is introduced presently and also some aspects are reminded to be improved.
