摘要
针对我国航空应急救援装备配备缺乏规范性、专业化等问题,本文简介了航空应急救援的概念,对搜索救援任务下的航空应急救援概念进行了定义,探讨了分析山地应急救援装备配备的意义,分析了山地航空搜救特点及任务需求,基于直升机和无人机两种主要用于山地救援的航空器,结合山地救援任务环境,将机载专业搜救设备分为导航设备、定位设备、通信设备和专业救援作业装备等类别,提出了相应的装备配备标准,并通过案例分析给出航空应急救援装备配备的建议。
In view of the lack of standardization and specialization of aviation emergency rescue equipment and configuration in China,this paper introduces the concept of aviation emergency rescue,defines to concept of aviation emergency rescue under the search and rescue mission,and discusses the significance to analyze mountain emergency rescue equipment and configuration. It also analyzes the characteristics and tasks demand to mountain aircraft search and rescue. Based on the helicopter and unmanned aerial vehicle( uav),which are two mainly machines for the mountain rescue,combining the environment of mountain rescue mission,the airborne specialized search and rescue equipment is classified into navigation equipment,positioning equipment,communication equipment and professional rescue equipment. This paper puts forward the corresponding equipped standards of equipment and configuration,and gives recommendations for the equipment and configuration for aviation emergency rescue through cases analysis.
