摘要
作为教学科研型院校计算机专业教师队伍建设问题,得到了学校的广泛关注。本文从双师型教师队伍建设模式出发,探讨基于校企合作的双师型教师队伍建设模式,并对该建设模式进行了分析。结合校企合作实践,旨在提高双师型教师队伍的教学水平。
As professional computer teaching staff management,which is in a teaching and research-based universi-ty,it has received widespread attention in colleges and universities.In the paper,we start from the model studying a-bout the team of double qualified teachers construction,and discuss the models which basing on school-enterprise cooperation,then analysis of the construction model.Combining with the practice of school-enterprise cooperation, the aim is to improve the quality of teaching about double qualified teachers.
