On training model and aim of environmental engineering talents for application-oriented universities

摘要 随着社会对环境工程专业人才要求的改变,对环境工程专业的学生培养模式和目标进行深入研究具有十分重要的现实意义,通过分析应用型本科院校环境工程专业人才培养存在的主要问题,从培养目标定位、实践教学体系构建、师资队伍建设等方面介绍了在应用型本科院校环境工程专业人才培养中进行的改革和探索,旨在加强实践教学,培养环境工程专业创新人才。 To study the teaching aim and talent training model of environmental science major is vital to meet the social demand.It is an important issue that environmental engineering major is operated successfully in application-oriented universities.Some problems in environmental engineering talents training were analyzed.Reformation and exploration was introduced on the orientation of training aim,establishment of practical teaching system,construction of teaching staff in order to strengthen practical teaching and innovative talents training.
