摘要
自主游戏活动是对幼儿主体性的唤醒与回归,但实践中部分幼儿教师的不当引导却导致其功能的失效。因此,幼儿教师有必要采取明确自身角色定位、观察适时介入、隐性指导为主、及时反馈评价等策略,来促进幼儿自主性的发展。
Autonomous games are wake-up and regression of young children’s subjectivity. However in practice some teachers inadequate guidance result in the failure of the function. Teachers have to adopt strategies such as dinstinct role orientation, adequate observation, recessive guidance and immediate feedback and assessment to promote the development of children.
