摘要
目的:优化十一方巴布剂的基质处方。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以巴布剂的综合感官评分和初黏力评分的总评归一值(0D)为综合评价指标,采用星点设计效应面法优化十一方巴布剂的基质处方。结果:十一方巴布剂的最佳基质处方为CMCNa1·6g,PVPK3010·0g,PEG4001.0g,高岭土13.0g,甘油15.0g,十一方药酒20ml。结论:星点设计效应面法优化得到的十一方巴布剂基质配方合理,制备得到的巴布剂外观性状良好,黏附力适中。
Objective: To optimize the matrix recipe of Shiyifang eataplasm. Methods: Taking of composite score of appearance description and initial bonding strength as composite index, based single factor tests, central composite design matrix recipe of Shiyifang eataplasm. Results: response surface methodology was used to optimize The optimal ratio of the matrix is as follows: CMC OD on the Na 1.60 g, PVP K30 10.0 g, PEG400 1.0 g, kaoline13.0 g, glycerin15.0 g, shiyifang vinum 20 ml. Conclusion: The matrix recipe of Shiyifang cataplasm, optimizing by central composite design-response surface methodology, is reasonable. The eataplasm has the good appearance and moderate adhesion.
