摘要
中药临方凝胶贴膏剂是临方外用制剂的重要组成部分之一,是中医外治法临床治疗特色的体现。针对临方制剂"个性化药学服务"的要求所带来的制剂技术难题,从临方外用制剂的现状出发,探索中药临方凝胶贴膏剂的发展方向,归纳总结临方凝胶贴膏的剂型特点、成型关键影响因素及影响规律,探寻中药临方凝胶贴膏剂的研发思路,并提出系统研究与分析临方原料药理化性质、选择适宜的辅料种类和规格、确定外用制剂的普适性处方及工艺、研发小型设备等发展对策,进而助力中药临方凝胶贴膏剂的制剂技术发展。
Personalized gel plasters of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important part of the clinical external prescription preparations and is the embodiment of the distinctive clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics of TCM external treatment. Due to the technical difficulties of preparations brought by the requirement of“personalized pharmaceutical service”for the external personalized TCM preparations,this article explores the development direction of personalized gel plasters of TCM based on the current situation of external personalized preparations. The dosage form characteristics of personalized gel plasters and the key influencing factors and influencing laws of modeling are summarized to explore the research and development ideas for the personalized gel plasters of TCM. Meanwhile,the development strategies including systematically researching and analyzing the physicochemical properties of the raw materials of the personalized preparations,selecting the appropriate types and specifications of excipients,determining the universal prescription and technology of external preparation,and researching and developing the small equipment and so on are put forward,in order to assist the preparation technology development of personalized gel plasters of TCM.
