公众的邻避设施风险感知及影响因素研究——以核电站为例 被引量:4

摘要 公众对核电站往往表现出较高的风险感知。本文试图从风险信息视角探究影响公众核电站风险感知的因素。本文选取位于我国山东省海阳市的海阳核电站建设为实证研究背景,并对海阳核电站附近的居民展开调研。基于防护性行为决策模型(PADM),从风险信息视角构建了一个影响因素模型用来研究公众的核风险感知。研究发现:公众依赖传统信息渠道获取有关核电站建设信息的程度越高,其感知到的核能知识、核事故知识以及核风险越高;公众依赖网络信息渠道获取有关核电站建设信息程度越高,其感知到的核能知识、核事故知识越多,对核风险感知则越低;公众接受的核能知识越多,其核风险感知则越低,而公众感知到的核事故知识越多,其核风险感知越高。此外,利益感知与风险感知之间存在倒U形关系。 Public always perceive higher levels of risk perception of a nuclear power plant,this article tried to explore the impacts of risk information on public risk perception of nuclear facilities. In this article,construction of Haiyang nuclear power plant was set as the research situation,the questionnaire investigation was adopted. T his article tried to explore the impacts of risk information on public risk perception of nuclear facilities and build a hypothetical model on the basis of the information flow of Protective Action Decision Model ( PADM ) to evaluate risk perception. T he results showed that the formation of public risk perception is due to the information they received from the traditional information channels and the network information channels,along with their knowledge about nuclear energy and nuclear accidents. Nuclear power knowledge has negative effects on risk perception,while nuclear accident knowledge has positive effects on risk perception. Benefit perception also had a significant effect on risk perception with an inverted u-shaped relationship between them.
