摘要
本文由国内几所高校接连发生恶性案件反思,分析大学生寝室人际关系的重要性,大学生寝室人际关系问题的现状及成因,提出以教育为先,预防干预体系为主,家校联动为辅的预防与干预方法,以期建立和谐大学生寝室人际关系,促进大学生健康成长成才。
If reflecting upon a series of vicious cases that took place in several domestic universities,we can find that it is of great importance to make an analysis of the interpersonal relationship in the students' dormitory,current problems facing such relationship and possible causes leading to the shaping of it. The author of the thesis puts forward a preventive method which features the education- first notion and an emphasis on constructing preventive intervention complemented by cooperation with the students 'parents. By writing the thesis,the author expects to build up a harmonious interpersonal relationship in the university dormitory as well as to promote the students' mental health and better growth.
