摘要
目的与方法将成人心脏超声常规切面技术应用到胎儿心脏检查,初步筛查胎儿先心病;结果检查1700例孕妇1715个胎儿,查出14例先心病胎儿;结论分析并比较成人与胎儿心脏常规切面图,同时结合胎儿时期的特殊血流动力学,初步检查胎儿先心病,此方法易理解、易掌握,易从基层医院推广,对降低心脏缺陷胎儿的出生率起到很大的作用。
Objective and Methode： Applying conventional cutting technique of adult cardiac ultrasonography to the fetal heart examination. Results： Examining 1715 fetuses of the 1, 700 pregnant women, and 14 fetuses Were diagnosed with congenital heart disease. Conclusion： This method is easy to understand, master and promote the primary hospital, which has a great effect on the birth of the fetuses with heart defects.
