摘要
目的探讨五横切面检查法在产前常规检查中对胎儿心脏筛查的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月-2016年11月在衡水市第二人民医院进行产前常规检查的孕妇6 612例,并建立孕妇年龄、平均年龄、怀孕周期等详细档案资料,采用GE E8对胎儿进行常规检查时,联合利用五横切面检查法,即测量胎儿腹围的上腹部横切面和四腔心切面头侧偏斜快速筛查法,加上彩色多普勒显示,快速判断胎儿心脏是否正常,并将产前检查结果与引产后尸解结果和产后超声心动图检查结果进行对照分析。结果所选6 612例检查孕妇中,筛查出胎儿心脏畸形34例(0.51%),漏诊2例(0.03%)。结论五横切面检查法能快速全面筛查胎儿心脏结构是否畸形,有效避免了胎儿心脏畸形的漏诊。
Objective Tb explore the application value ot fetat five transverse view in fetal cardiac screening during prenatal routine ex- amination. Methods A total of 6 612 pregnant women receiving prenatal routine examination in the Second People＇s Hospital of Hengshui from Janurary 2014 to November 2016 were selected, then the detailed data was collected, such as maternal age, mean age, pregnancy pe- riod. GE E8 ultrasonic apparatus was used to conduct color Doppler uhrasonography using fetal five transverse view （ upper abdomenal trans- verse view and four-chamber view cephalic deflection quick screening method） to quickly predict fetal heart. The results of prenatal examina- tion and autopsy after induced abortion, the results of echocardiography after delivery were compared and analyzed. Results Among 6-612 pregnant women, 34 cases （0. 51% ） with fetal cardiac abnormalities and 2 cases （0. 03% ） of missed diagnosis were screened out. Conclusion Fetal five transverse view can quickly and comprehensively screen fetal cardiac structure and effectively avoid missed diag- nosis of fetal cardiac abnormalities.
