摘要
目的了解银屑病患者接受综合护理干预的临床应用价值。方法选取本院于2013年6月至2018年6月诊疗确认为银屑病患者相关资料进行分析,共有200例,通过随机数字表分为常规组与综合组,对应常规银屑病护理、银屑病综合护理干预。比较两种护理方案对银屑病患者的应用效果以归纳综合护理干预的价值。结果干预后评价两组患者心理状态,相对于常规组,综合组患者抑郁、焦虑程度有明显优越性且有统计学意义(P<0.05);发放护理满意度调查问卷,观察组对护理质量满意情况明显优于常规组且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为银屑病患者在治疗过程中配合综合护理干预能够有效改善其负性情绪,保障治疗依从性,同时也能提升患者对于护理的满意率,构建和谐医护环境,值得推广。
Objective To understand the clinical value of patients with psoriasis receiving comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods The data of 200 patients with psoriasis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2018 were analyzed, the patients were divided into routine group and comprehensive group by random number table, corresponding to routine psoriasis nursing and comprehensive psoriasis nursing intervention. To compare the effect of two nursing schemes on patients with psoriasis so as to sum up the value of comprehensive nursing intervention. Results After intervention, the psychological status of the two groups was evaluated. Compared with the conventional group, the depression and anxiety of the comprehensive group were significantly superior and statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction questionnaire was issued and the quality of nursing was observed. Satisfaction was significantly better than the conventional group and was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In combination with comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of psoriasis patients can effectively improve their negative emotions, ensure treatment compliance, and also improve the patient＇s satisfaction rate for nursing, and build a harmonious medical care environment, which is worth promoting.
