摘要
以秦始皇兵马俑博物馆景区游客微博数据为依据,运用Arcgis10.0和ROST CM6软件,结合内容分析法中的情感分析方法,研究了兵马俑游客体验时空特征。结果表明:(1)欧洲市场和我国华东地区游客季节性不明显;亚洲、美洲和我国华北、西北地区存在季节性,受文化背景和休假制度影响明显;大洋洲、南美洲和我国华中、西南、华南、东北地区季节性强烈,距离是造成季节性的重要原因。(2)积极情感和中性情感游客随月份推移减少,消极情感游客随月份推移增加;旅游旺季游客的消极情感逐渐增加,旅游淡季游客的旅游体验相对较好。(3)引入"游客拥护度"和"游客喜爱度"指标衡量不同客源地游客旅游体验,并将全国市场分为4个等级。
Based on the micro-blog data of tourists of Emperor Qinshihuang＇s Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, using Arcgis10.0 and ROST CM6, in combination with the emotional analysis in content analysis method, the paper aims to study the spatial and temporal characteristics of tourist experience in Emperor Qinshihuang＇s Terracotta Warriors and Horses. The results show that：（1）Seasonal feature is not obvious in northern Chinese and European visitors. Visitors are seasonal in north and northwest China, Asia and the America, noticeably influenced by the cultural background and the vacation system. Visitors in central, southwest, southern China, northeast China, Oceania, South America are intensely seasonal, mainly owing to the distance.（2）The positive emotion and neutral emotion of tourists decreases with time. On the contrary, the negative emotion of tourists increased with time.Along with the arrival of the boom season, negative emotions of the tourists increase gradually. In the off-season tourism experience of tourists is relatively good.（3）The two indicators＂tourist support＂and＂tourists appreciation＂are introduced to measure the tourist experience of tourists from different areas, with the national market divided into four grades.
