摘要
目的分析心理护理联合运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法将2015年7月—2017年9月间该院收治的妊娠糖尿病产妇的资料进行回顾分析,根据该次研究要求抽取出70例产妇作为实验对象,并将所有产妇随机均分为两组,分别实施不同的护理方式,观察两组产妇治疗前后心理状态的变化,以及血糖指标的改善,分析将心理护理联合运动疗法运用于妊娠糖尿病护理中的效果。结果分别实施不同的护理方式后发现,实施心理护理联合运动疗法的实验组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖指标较对照组明显更低,两组产妇的心理状态均有改善,但实验组改善情况明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理联合运动疗法运用于妊娠糖尿病产妇的护理中效果显著,能够明显降低产妇的血糖,对妊娠结局也能有所改善,是一种安全有效的护理方式,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of mental nursing combined with kinesiotherapy in the nursing of gestational diabetes. Methods 70 cases of delivery women with gestational women admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, different nursing ways were implemented, and the changes of mental state, improvement of blood glucose index of the two groups were observed, and the effect of mental nursing combined with kinesiotherapy in the nursing of gestational diabetes was analyzed. Results After different nursing ways, the fasting blood glucose, and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the mental state of the two groups was improved, and the improvement condition in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The application effect of mental nursing combined with kinesiotherapy in the nursing of gestational diabetes is obvious, which can obviously decrease the blood glucose of delivery women and improve the gestational outcomes, and it is a safe and effective nursing way, with higher clinical application value.
