摘要
针对直接还原铁回转筒式冷却机设计问题,运用离散元法采用EDEM软件,建立筒式冷却机模型,校核数据后使用仿真分析筒体内颗粒物料的中心角、床层厚度、轴向运动等特性,以研究筒式冷却机内物料与筒体的接触区域、在筒体内的停留时间、留料量,等特征。研究分析结果表明:靠近加料端,物料堆积较厚,速度较慢;随着筒体转速的增加,筒体内物料与筒体的接触面积有所增加但不显著,筒体内物料停留时间下降15%左右,筒体内物料质量减少14.5%左右。
For direct reduction iron rotary cylinder cooling machine design, by applying the discrete element method, using EDEM, establish the cylinder cooling machine model, analysis the particulate material in cylinder like center angle, bed thickness, particle axial movement characteristics and so on, to find the contact area, residence time in the drum, up-hold of the solid etc. Through the analysis results show that: close to the feed end and material accumulation is thicker, movement is slow; With the increase of drum speed, drum body material and the drum of the contact area increase, but not significant, material residence time fell by around 15%, up-hold of the solids in drum reduce by 14.5%.
