摘要
为解决汽车方向盘的怠速抖动问题,测试与之相关联的汽车零部件模态特性,找到与发动机怠速激励频率相近的零部件并进行结构改进,从而避开共振的发生,彻底解决方向盘怠速抖动问题。
To solve the problem of idle dithering of a vehicle steering wheel, we should find the components which the modal frequency is close to the engine idle exciting frequency and improve their structure by testing the modal characteristics of vehicle components associated with the vehicle steering wheel,so as to avoid the occurrence of resonant vibration and completely solve the idle dithering problem of the steering wheel.
