摘要
针对汽车淋雨试验液压倾斜台采用液控单向阀时出现的较大抖动问题,提出用螺纹插装式平衡阀代替液控单向阀来抑制倾斜台抖动问题。该文利用AMESim仿真软件建立了汽车淋雨试验倾斜台液压系统的AMESim仿真模型,用仿真的方法分别对原系统和改进后的系统进行动态模拟,探索了倾斜台抖动的问题。仿真结果表明螺纹插装式平衡阀可以很好地控制倾斜台滑动的速度,有效地减小倾斜台的抖动现象。该文为平衡阀和液控单向阀在平衡回路中的选用及性能比较提供理论依据。
In view of the car in the rain test hydraulic tilting table adopts hydraulic controlled check valve in the larger dithering problem, put forward using thread cartridge balancing valve instead of hydraulic controlled cheek valve to suppress the tilting table jitter problem. Car in the rain test is built up by using AMESim simulation software AMESim siumation model of hydraulic system of tilting table, respectively with the method of the simulation of the original system and the improved system dynamie sinmulation, explores the tilting table jitter problem, the sinmulation results show that thread cartridge balancing valve can be very good control of the tilting table sliding speed, effectively reduce jitter phenomenon of tilting table. This paper provides theoretical basis for selection and performance comparison of balancing valve and hydraulic control one-way valve in balancing circuit.
