摘要
目的:观察中医健康管理模式在改善老年亚健康状况中的作用。方法:将60例老年亚健康患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组以朱丹溪养老理论、现代健康管理理论为指导进行医养结合的生活干预;对照组不采取上述干预,观察其生活质量的改善情况。结果:干预结束后1个月,治疗组老年人群生活质量明显好于干预前以及同期对照组老年人群,对目前的生活状态比较满意,症状自评量表SCL90、老年人生活满意度量表LSIA、老年孤独量表UCLA-LS评分低于未干预的老年人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医健康管理在改善老年亚健康人群的生活质量方面具有重要作用。
Objective： To explore curative effects of TCM health management in the intervention for subhealthstate of the elderly. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 30 caseseach group, the treatment group were intervened by Zhu Danxi忆s old-age care theory and modern health managementin life, and the control group were unhandled, the improvements of quality of life were observed. Results： In onemonth after the intervention, quality of life of the elderly in the treatment group was better than that beforeintervention and that of the control group, and the elderly was satisfied with current life state, while SCL90, LSIAand UCLA-LS scores were lower than these of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： TCM health management is playing the important role in improve quality of life of subhealth people.
