摘要
由于社会环境、学校教育及个人因素,高职本科3+2分段培养模式学生的工匠精神出现一些问题。为促进这种新型的培养模式发展和培养出更多具有工匠精神的社会主义建设者,高校应该通过加强合作,制定科学的培养规划,营造环境氛围,发挥课堂教育主阵地以及社会实践活动等途径来加强3+2模式学生工匠精神教育。
Due to the social environment, school education and personal factors, problems exist on cultivating the students' craftsman spirit through the "3+2" subsection training mode in higher vocational colleges. In order to promote the development of this new training mode and cultivate more socialist builders with craftsman spirit, colleges and universities should strengthen the "3+2" mode education by strengthening cooperation, making scientific training plans, creating an environment atmosphere, giving full play to the main positions of classroom ed- ucation and social practice activities.
