摘要
目的观察康俪美浅表创面贴对微针术后创面修复作用的临床疗效及其安全性。方法将30例微针术后患者的两侧脸颊分为治疗侧和对照侧。治疗侧采用康俪美浅表创面贴覆盖,对照侧不予以处理,时间为15分钟,术后前3天使用,每天使用2次,分析比较患者面部两侧皮肤症状(红斑、灼热、疼痛)评分变化、经皮水分丢失的变化、创面愈合时间、创面感染及不良反应发生情况。结果患者治疗侧红斑、灼热及疼痛症状较对照侧明显减轻,经皮水分丢失改善方面均优于对照侧,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗侧创面愈合时间较对照侧明显缩短,创面感染率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论康俪美浅表创面贴可以改善并修复微针术后创面,且安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective In this study, we used Kanglimei superfcial wound mask to wound healing after Microneedle Therapy and observe the clinical effcacy and safety. Methods 30 patients were treated with Microneedle Therapy on the bilateral cheeks. Their face randomly divided into treatment side and control side. The treatment side was treated by Kanglimei medical cold paste,The control group was no treatment .The thaerapy was 15 minutes for 2 times a day .The treatment side were treated 3 days .Then we analysed and compared the changes of the patients symptom score （erythema,scorching, pain）,the changes of TEWL,the time of wound healing and the rate of wound infection as well as adverse reactions in these two sides. Results Compared with the control side, patients in the treatment side have better improvement in symptom score and the TEWL, the difference is statistically signifcant（P 〈0.05）; The wood healing time of the treatment side was shorter and the wood infection of the treatment side was obviously decreased（P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Application of Kanglimei superfcial wound mask is an effective method for enhancing wound healing after laser resurfacing .it can improve the clinical symptoms and signs as well as the effective treatment rate.What’s more, it is quite safe, and it is worthy for clinical application.
