摘要
建立了染发剂中8种氧化型染料的高效液相色谱的分析方法。使用ZOBAX Eclipse XDB C_(18)柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-1%三乙醇胺水溶液为流动相,柱温为28℃,流速为1. 0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,经二极管阵列检测器检测,得到良好分离效果;确定提取溶剂为乙腈-水混合溶液。本方法中各物质的线性相关系数≥0. 995,加标回收率为85%~108%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%。本方法满足标准的检出限要求,是一种简便、准确、快速的测试氧化型染发剂的适当方法。
A HPLC method for the determination of 8 oxidized dyes in hair dyes was established. The target analytes were separated on Zobax Eclipse XDB C18( 250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm) and detected by DAD with detection wavelength280 nm and column temperature 28 ℃,employing acetonitril-1% triethanolamine aqueous solution as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. Acetonitrile-water mixed solution was the extraction solvent. The linear correlation coefficient of each substance was ≥0. 995,the recovery of spiked standard was 85% to 108%,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) was less than 10%. This method met the standard detection limit requirements and was a convenient,accurate and rapid method for testing oxidative hair dyes.
