摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UHPLC-Orbitrap HRMS)筛查染发类化妆品中10种染料成分的分析方法。样品经体积分数50%乙腈水溶液溶解提取,用Shimadzu Shim-pack GIST-HP C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm×3μm)色谱柱分离、0.02 mmol/L甲酸铵水溶液-甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,流速为0.3 mL/min,采用正负离子切换同时测定了10种染料成分。比较了色谱保留时间、母离子精确质量数、碎片离子精确质量数以及同位素丰度比,并进行基质匹配标准曲线外标法定量。结果表明10种染料在相应的浓度范围线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.995;回收率为80.7%~114.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于10%,检出限为0.625~31.25μg/g。该方法操作简单、快速,适用于染发类化妆品中多种染料成分的检测。
A method for simultaneous determination of 10 dyestuff in hair dye csometics was developed by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Orbitrap HRMS).The samples were extracted using a 50%(volume fraction)acetonitrile aqueous solution.The separation was carried out on a Shimadzu Shim-pack GIST-HP C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm×3μm)at 30℃with methanol-0.02 mmol/L ammonium formate as the mobile phase by gradient elution at the flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.Ten components were simultaneously analyzed in switching positive and negative modes.The chromatographic retention time,accurate mass number of parent ion,fragment ion and isotope abundance tatio were compared,and the matrix matching standard curve external standrad method was used for the quantification.The results showed that the method had a good linearity with correlation coefficients exceeding 0.995.The recoveries at different concentrations were in the range of 80.7%-114.4%,and relative standard deviations(RSDs)less than 10%.The limit of detections(LODs)were 0.625-31.25μg/g.The method was simple,rapid,suitable for the determination of various dyestuff in hair dye cosmetics.
