摘要
近年来我国交流500kV输电线路复合绝缘子异常发热故障时有发生,给输电线路安全运行带来隐患。通过对高温硫化(HTV)硅橡胶伞裙样品进行人工热老化试验,采用扫描电子显微分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱分析和热重分析等方法对老化后样品进行分析,研究HTV硅橡胶伞裙的热老化特性。结果表明,硅橡胶伞裙的热解过程存在明显拐点,可分为两个阶段;随着老化时间的增加,样品表面的裂纹平均宽度与数量都随之增大,Si-(CH3)2、Si-O-Si等基团断裂情况逐渐加重,而O-H基团含量因老化过程中的氧化与Al(OH)3的分解而呈波动变化。
In recent years, abnormal heating faults have occurred in composite insulators of AC 500kV transmission lines in China, which have brought potential dangers to the safe operation of transmission lines. In this paper, constant temperature heating box was used to make the silicone rubber accelerates aging, and then the samples were tested by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrated spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results show that there is a distinct inflection point in the pyrolysis process of HTV silicone rubber sheds, which can be divided into two stages. With the increase of aging time, the average width and number of the surface cracks of the sample increased, and the fracture of Si (CH3)2 and Si-O Si groups gradually increased, while O-H group content fluctuated with the oxidation and decomposition of A1 (OH)3 in the aging process.
