摘要
一直以来,党建工作作为医院最基础的工作内容,是确保医院思想方向、工作行为科学性的重要支撑。作为新医改方案确定的五项重点改革内容之一,公立医院改革得好不好,直接关乎医改成败。长寿区人民医院党委结合医院实际情况,以党建工作统领公立医院综合改革,全面推进医改工作顺利开展,用医改的实际效果检验了党建工作成效。本文从加强医院党的组织建设、创新能力建设、学习型党组织建设、全面从严治党建设、开展"两学一做"学习教育等方面,探讨了党建工作对新医改的推进作用,并提出了医院党建工作对助推医改的一些建议。
For a long time, the work of Party building as the most basic work of the hospital is an important support for ensuring the hospital＇s ideological direction and scientifi c working behavior. As one of the fi ve key reform of the new medical reform plan, whether the public hospital reform is good or not is directly related to the success or failure of medical reform. The Party committee of people＇s Hospital Changshou, combined with the hospital’s actual situation,led the comprehensive reform of the public hospital with the party construction work to promote the smooth development of the medical reform work, and tested the eff ectiveness of the party construction work with the actual eff ect of medical reform. This paper discusses the role of the party construction work on the comprehensive reform of public hospitals from the aspects of strengthening the organization construction of the party, the construction of innovation ability, the construction of the learning type party organization, the construction of the strict administration of the party and the development of learning education of ＂two schools and one＂, and puts forward some suggestions on promoting medical reform by party building in the hospital.
