摘要
目的探讨乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院160例老年COPD稳定期患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组80例。对照组给予基础治疗,试验组给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组CAT评分均降低,且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组6 min步行试验(6MWT)结果均显著改善,1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)和用力呼气量(FVC)均升高,且试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 COPD稳定期患者采用乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,可有效缓解临床症状,改善肺功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acetylcysteine effervescent tablets combined withsalmeteroland fluticasone propionate inhalation on elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods A total of 160 elderly patients with stable COPD in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method, with 80 cases ineach group. The control group was given basic treatment, and combination therapy of acetylcysteine effervescent tablets andsalmeteroland fluticasone propionate inhalation was applied in the experimental group. Clinical efficacies of the two groupswere compared. Results After treatment, CAT scores of the two groups decreased, and that in the experimental group wassignificantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the results of 6-minute walk test （6MWT） in the twogroups significantly improved, 1s forced expiratory volume （FEV1） and forced vital capacity （FVC） increased, and those inthe experimental group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in thetotal incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Applying combination therapy ofacetylcysteine effervescent tablets and salmeteroland fluticasone propionate inhalation in the treatment of elderly patientswith stable COPD can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve lung functions.
