摘要
研制了一种新型高强韧热作模具钢,其主要成分为0.39%C,5.3%Cr,0.63%V和2.10%Mo。对新研制的钢进行了不同温度的淬火和回火处理,随后检测了钢的显微组织和硬度,并与H13钢进行了比较。结果表明,新研制的热作模具钢淬火、回火后的硬度比H13钢的高0.5~1.0 HRC,其组织和性能达到了国内先进水平。推荐的新型模具钢的热处理工艺为1020~1050℃油淬、560~620℃回火,硬度为46~50 HRC。
A new type of hot-working die steel that contains mainly 0. 39% C,5. 3% Cr,0. 63% V and 2. 10% Mo and may exhibit high strength and good toughness has been developed. The novel die steel was quenched from different temperatures and tempered at different temperatures, then was subjected to microstructure survey and to hardness measurements, as well as was compared with those of H13 steel. The results showed that hardness of the newly developed hot-working die steel after being hardened and tempered was 0. 5 to 1.0 HRC higher than that of H13 steel, and that its microstructure and performance reached an advanced level at home. The recommended heat treatment processes are oil-quenching from 1 020 to 1 050℃ and tempering at 560 to 620℃ for the novel die steel,with the hardness being 46 to 50 HRC.
