摘要
以纤维素为原料,溶解制得纤维素膜,并研究其对茶叶保鲜的影响。结果表明,纤维素膜结构紧致,没有微孔结构。与市售茶包袋相比,用纤维素膜包装的茶叶的水分含量更低,而茶多酚含量和DPPH自由基清除率比茶包袋包装的茶叶分别高出22.89%和6.09%,说明纤维素膜对茶叶的保鲜效果优于市售茶包袋。
To investigate the influence of cellulose film on the refreshment of green tea, cellulose film was regeneratied from cellulose solution. The scanning electron microscope showed the cellulose film was tightness without porous structure. The polyphenol content and free radical scavenging rate of green tea packaged with cel- lulose film were 22.89% and 6.09%, respectively, higher than these packaged with tea bag. The results indicated that cellulose film has better effect on tea preservation than the commercial tea bag.
