摘要
由于设备故障的随机性,电力系统可靠性的准确评估是一项复杂的任务,对电力网络的基础设施进行仿真优化以提高系统的可靠性尤为关键。提出了一种基于时序模拟的优化方法,探寻最优的网络资产集,以提高系统的可靠性。采用工业COMPASS算法,以寻找新传输线路的最佳集合。该算法在第一阶段中迭代了一组新的传输线,在第二阶段通过模拟系统操作(包括不同网络故障的影响)来测试。在第二阶段,序列前期单元的实时操作与连续蒙特卡罗模拟一起建模,以确定网络中断时详细的系统运行状况,从而计算未提供的相关预期能量。
Due to the random nature of equipment failures, the accurate assessment of power system reliability is a complex task. Especially to optimize the infrastructure of the power network improving the reliability of the system. An optimization method based ontime series simulation is proposed to explore the optimal network asset set to improve the system reliability. The industrial COMPASS algorithm is used to explore the best set of new transmission lines. The algorithm iterates over a new set of transmission lines in phase oneand then tests in phase two by simulating system operations which including the effects of different network failures. In the second phasethe real?time operation of pre-sequential cells is modeled with a continuous Monte Carlo simulation to determine the detailed system behavior at the time of the network outage. It calculates the associated expected energy which is not provided.
