摘要
本文总结了提高生物化学教学效率的一些讲课细节。首先将生化知识与日常生活和应用相结合能增加学习的趣味性。其次从不同角度讲解新概念以助于学生全面和深入理解,并将生化基础知识与当今科研发展相联系进一步拓展学生认识;通过几种形式的提问多方调动学生积极思维;适时提醒学生科学研究的局限性,并通过对流行说法的考察调研和讨论,训练学生的思辨能力、严谨的科研态度和批判精神。最后建议利用好专业课堂培养学生的健全人格。
In this paper some lecture details to improve teaching efficiency of biochemistry are summarized. Firstly, the combination of biochemical knowledge with daily routines and application will increase the inter- est of students' theory learning. Secondly, teacher should explain new terms and development from different aspects and help students to better and comprehensive understanding; Connecting biochemical basic knowl- edge with present scientific research is very helpful to student and can also stretch their understanding bound- aries. Then several ways of questioning are presented to arouse students enthusiasm of thinking; At the same time, introducing the limitations of scientific research methods, the investigation and discussion of the popular argument is necessary to train students' thinking and discerning, rigorous research attitude and critical think- ing capabilities. Finally, cultivating students' perfect personality in professional course class is very effective.
