摘要
目的探究个案干预对同性性行为HIV感染患者行为方式影响。方法选取2016年3月-2017年3月于医院进行初诊的114例HIV感染患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各57例,患者均为男男同性性行为者。对照组患者采用常规治疗与干预手段,包括心理干预、认知干预和行为干预。研究组在对照组的干预基础上采用个案管理的工作方式。记录两组患者干预前和干预后安全套使用情况以及性伴侣固定情况。观察两组患者服药依从性的情况。结果研究组患者个案干预后安全套使用情况优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。研究组患者个案干预后固定性伴侣情况优于对照组患者(X^2=4.275,P=0.041)。研究组患者在个案干预后服药依从性优于对照组患者(X^2=4.689,P=0.037)。结论对同性性行为HIV患者实施个案干预,能够有效地提升安全套的使用率,且患者性伴侣的固定率以及服药依从性均升高,对于改善同性性行为HIV感染患者的行为方式具有积极作用,值得临床推广和应用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of case intervention on behaviors of homosexual behavior patients with HIV infection.METHODS A total of 114 patients with HIV infection who were firstly diagnosed in the hospital from Mar 2016 to Mar 2017 were recruited as the study objects and randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 57 cases in each group,all of the patients were male homosexual sex.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and interventions,including psychological intervention,cognition intervention and behavioral intervention,while the study group was given the case intervention on basis of the treatment of the control group.The use of condoms and fixation of sexual partners of the two groups of patients were recorded before and after the intervention,and the medication compliance was observed and compared between the two groups of patients.RESULTS The use of condoms of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group after the case intervention was carried out（P〈0.05）.The fixation of sexual partners of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group after the case intervention was carried out（X2=4.275,P=0.041）.The medication compliance of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group after the case intervention was carried out（X2=4.689,P=0.037）.CONCLUSIONS The case intervention may effectively raise the utilization rate of condoms and fixation rate of sexual partners as well as the medication compliance of the homosexual behavior patients with HIV infection,and it plays positive role in improving the behavioral pattern of the patients and is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
