摘要
目的合成一种新型氯代N-哌啶二苯并环庚烯类杀鼠剂。方法以5-哌啶基-10,11-二氢二苯并[a,d]环庚烯为母体合成2-氯-N-哌啶-10,11-二氢二苯并环庚烯,测试母体和该杀鼠剂的半致死量。在沈阳某地进行现场灭杀试验。结果生化试验表明,5-哌啶基-10,11-二氢二苯并[a,d]环庚烯对褐家鼠LD50为7.99~9.05mg/kg,对小白鼠LD50为859.41~967.12 mg/kg,2-氯-N-哌啶-10,11-二氢二苯并环庚烯对褐家鼠LD50为5.40~6.13 mg/kg,对小白鼠LD50为735.33~819.45 mg/kg。合成产物的现场灭杀试验校正灭鼠率约为84.99%。结论所合成的2-氯-N-哌啶-10,11-二氢二苯并环庚烯毒性有所加强,选择性更好,个体差异性更小,是一种更加优良的高选择性杀鼠剂。
Objective To synthesize a new type of chlorinated N-piperidine dibenzoheptene rodenticides. Methods In this study,2-chloro-5-piperidinyl-10,11-dihydrodibenzo [a,d]cycloheptene was synthesized from 5-piperidinyl-10,11-dihydrodibenzo [a,d]cycloheptene,the matrix,to test the lethal dose of the parent and the rodenticide. The site extermination test was conducted in a certain place in Shenyang. Results According to biochemical experimental results,the semi-lethal dose of dibenzosuberone to rattus norvegicus was about 7. 99 ~ 9. 05 mg/kg,while to mus musculus was about 859. 41 ~967. 12 mg/kg. The semi-lethal dose of 2-chloro-5-piperidinyl-10,11-dihydrodibenzo[a,d]cycloheptene to rattus norvegicus was about 5. 40 ~ 6. 13 mg/kg,while to mus musculus was about 735. 33 ~ 819. 45 mg/kg. The corrected rodent rate of new rodenticide's on-site extermination test was about 84. 99%. Conclusion The synthesized 2-chloro-5-piperidinyl-10,11-dihydrodibenzo[a,d]cycloheptene has enhanced toxicity,better selectivity and less individual differences,and is a more excellent and highly selective rodenticide.
