冻土地区饱和粉土下强透水地层基坑降水失效成因分析及处理

摘要 随着地下空间的利用,基坑降水在整个深基坑施工中尤为重要。体育馆建设PPP项目位于内蒙古牙克石市新区,项目所在地属于多年冻土分布地区,体育馆工程通过20口直径准200mm管井持续降水一周后开挖,但坑底仍有渗水,不能满足基底施工条件。最终通过换填透水层增加渗水盲沟和大截面深井降水方式处理,取得了良好效果。 With the utilization of underground space, foundation pit dewatering is particularly important in the construction of deep foundation pit. The PPP project for the gymnasium is located in the new area of Yakeshi city of Inner Mongolia. This project located in the permafrost area. The stadium project was excavated after a week of continuous precipitation through 20 pipe wells with the diameters are 200 mm. However, there are seepage in the bottom pit, it can not meet the foundation construction conditions. Finally, by changing the permeable layer, and increasing the blind channel and large section deep well, the construction achieves good effect.
