摘要
国家的发展离不开教育事业的进步,而教育事业的发展同样离不开国家的支持。现阶段,我国教育事业为做到与时俱进,不断进行体制改革。传统的教育管理体系中难以做到"以生为本",仅是注重学校发展利益,忽略培养全面发展型人才。因此,导致我国教育事业难以发展现代化教育管理体系。基于此种教育管理现状,我国教育部门提出将生本理念融入现代教育管理体系中,以此提升教育管理水平,促进学生进行个性化发展。
The development of the country is inseparable from the progress of education, and the development of education is also inseparable from the support of the state. In the traditional education management system, it is difficult to achieve ＂student - orientation＂, only focusing on the interests of school development, while ignoring the cultivation of all - round development talents. Therefore, it is difficult for China＇ s education industry to develop a modern education management system. Based on the current situation of education management, the education sectors in China proposed to integrate this concept into the modern education management system, so as to improve the level of education management and promote the individualized development of students.
