摘要
玉郎伞为广西壮族自治区民族药材,化学成分复杂,药理作用繁多。近年来,对其化学成分和单体药理作用的研究取得了较为突出的进展,从其根部发现了17个黄酮类单体化合物和1个单一多糖,这些化合物的药理作用主要包括:抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗抑郁、逆转心室肥厚、降血糖与保肝等。本文对其单体的来源和药理作用进行综述。
Yulangsan is a national medicine in Guangxi, and has complex chemical composition and various pharmacological effects. In recent years, outstanding progress has been made in its chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of monomers. Seventeen flavonoids and a sin- gle polysaccharide have been found from the roots of Yulangsan. The pharmacological effects of these compounds include anti - inflammatory, anti - tumor, antidepressant, reverse ventricular hypertrophy, hypoglyce- mic and liver preservation. The source and pharmacological effects of those monomer of Yulangsan are reviewed in this study.
