摘要
玉郎伞为豆科植物疏叶崖豆[Millettia pulchra(Benth.)Kurz var.laxior(Dunn)Z.Wei]的干燥块根,具有散瘀消肿、止痛,宁神、补脑益气的功效。现代药理学研究表明其具有益智、抗痴呆、免疫调节等药理作用。化学成分以黄酮类为主。通过对玉郎伞的化学成分和药理作用进行梳理总结,并以传统功效和药理作用为参考,结合网络药理学对玉郎伞抗痴呆的主要活性成分和作用机制进行预测分析,并采用分子对接技术对预测结果进行验证,为玉郎伞更进一步地研究和扩大应用范围提供一定的参考。
Millettiae Pulchrae Radix(MP)is the dried root tuber of the leguminous plant Millettia pulchra(Benth.)Kurz var.laxior(Dunn)Z.Wei which has the effects of dispersing blood stasis,detumescence,relieving pain,tranquilizing mind,tonifying brain and replenishing qi.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it has pharmacological effects such as intelligence,anti-dementia,and immune regulation.The chemical composition is mainly flavonoids.By summarizing the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of MP,and referring to the traditional efficacy and pharmacological effects,combined with network pharmacology,the main active components and mechanism of MP against AD were predicted and analyzed.The molecular docking technology was used to verify the prediction results,which provided a reference for further research and expansion of the application scope of MP.
