激励机制在油气储运工程设计大赛中的探索与研究

摘要 激励机制对大学生油气储运工程设计大赛具有重要意义。高等教育的重要目标之一就是要培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质人才。加强油气储运工程大学生实践与创新活动,对培养油气储运工程大学生的创新意识、创新能力和创业精神,提升油气储运工程大学生的综合素质具有积极作用。通过激励机制的探索与研究,旨在帮助油气储运工程设计大赛达到提高认识、明确定位,做到普遍动员,争取全员参与,同时注重与社会实践、学生就业、社会需求相结合提升学生的创新意识和创新能力。 Incentive mechanism is of great significance to the design competition of oil and gas storage andtransportation engineering for college students.One of the important goals of higher education is to cultivate highlyinnovative talents with innovative spirit and innovative ability.Strengthening the practice and innovation activities of oiland gas storage and transportation engineering students has a positive effect on cultivating the innovation consciousness,innovation ability and entrepreneurial spirit of oil and gas storage and transportation engineering students,and improvingthe comprehensive quality of oil and gas storage and transportation engineering students.Through the exploration andresearch of the incentive mechanism,it aims to help the oil and gas storage and transportation engineering designcompetition to achieve awareness,clear positioning,so that the general mobilization,and strive for full participation,whilefocusing on social practice,student employment,social needs to improve students Innovation and innovation.
