摘要
激励法在大学生思想政治教育中具有引导方向、规范行为、发掘潜能、促进发展的作用,他的运用产生了许多可见的成就,但由于激励法运用到思想政治教育中系统性不强,比较零散,导致运用中存在着一些不足,以哲学的思维审视和分析这些不足,有利于增强思想政治教育的实效性。
The stimulation method plays the roles Of guiding directions, normalizing behaviors, exploring potentials, and promoting developments in the ideological and political education on college students. Although it has realized many visible achievements, due to its poor systematization in the ideological and political education, there exist some deficiencies in the practical usages of the stimulation methods. Therefore, the philosophically examining and analyzing these deficiencies is beneficial to enhance the effectiveness of strengthening the ideological and political education.
