摘要
作为学术共同体的专业学会是一个不同力量相互竞争的权力关系网络,存在着明显的分层等级结构,结构分层与学术精英生产有着对应关系。这种对应关系的形成,与专业学会核心人物的学术品位及偏好取向密切相关,对学术成员的内隐资质加以筛选并给予其能力释放的支持空间。具体到中国社会教育社,处于该社等级结构上层、以地缘学缘为主要纽带的理事会核心成员,通过对学术会议特别是年会中心议案提案的筛选确定,由此产生象征权力和学术精英,并建立社会教育学术秩序。
A professional association,as a community of acadenfic,is a network where various powers compete with each other with an overt hierarchical structure, which is in accordance with the cultivating of academic elites. The formation of such correspondence closely relates to the acadenfic taste and preference of the leaders of a professional association. It can filtrate the implicit talents of the association members and leave them the space to exploit their capacities. As to the Chinese Social Educational Association, the core council members, who are in the upper hierarchy and establish their networks mainly on the geographical and acadenfic relations, are selected based on the key proposals for academic conferences, especially, for the annual conferences, by which the elites symbolizing power and academic are produced and the corresponding social education order is established.
