摘要
在2014年,国家发出"大众创业,万众创新"的号召。这就要求职业学校应该加大对学生的创新创业能力的培养,培养学生的创新创业能力,俨然成为了高职院校当前教育活动的主要目标。本文将围绕培养高职院校学生创新创业能力而提出切实可行的方法,主要包括以下几点,组建创新团队,组建创新型师资队伍,建立创新创业实训基地,增设各种创新创业的机构,制定创新创业机制,对创新创业相关的知识进行培养。
In 2014,the state promoted the policy of encouraging ＂public innovation and all the business＂.Thisrequires that vocational schools should increase students＇ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and cultivate theirability of innovation and entrepreneurship,which has become the main goal of higher vocational colleges＇ currenteducational activities.This article will focus on the cultivation of innovative ability of students in higher vocationalcolleges and proposes the practical and feasible method,including the following points,the formation of innovation team,the formation of innovative teachers,build innovation and entrepreneurship training base,set up various kinds ofinnovation and entrepreneurship guidance department,establish and improve the mechanism to encourage innovationand entrepreneurship,innovation and entrepreneurship culture teaching.
